Costumes

8.0 has completely changed costumes, in some ways better, in some ways worse. I'll start with the better. Now they have given such a high drop rate to them that so long as you play the game everyday you can have an active costume piece in every slot. Also with this you can level your costumes to max, which they also increased to lvl 50, at 10x the speed as you could before. The downside to this change is they removed the random chance for costumes to become permanent as well as the chance for it to spawn the "effects".
